Hello,

I have just configured my RTE for the customer master and I was able to generate the messages which was configured on the test queues.

The XML had some missing parameter mainly related to the alternate address, email and phone number.

There are 3 different single RTE(RTCMAAOUT,RTCMEAOUT2,RTCMPHOUT2) in the Container RTE RTCMOUT3 which should do this and I also come across the below the document on the support for the same :

Document ID is 1999821.1

But I am unable to find the ESU for the Bug reported.
