How to configure "FORCE UPPERCASE ONLY" DQM rule

Hi, I'm currently trying to force all supplier (party) names to uppercase, even if they have been entered as mix-case: i.e. Supplier will become SUPPLIER.

EBS: 12.1.3

- Login as Trading Community Manager Reponsibility -> Trading Community -> Administration -> DQM -> Attributes and Transformations.

- I apply FORCE UPPERCASE ONLY transformation to the "All Party Name" in the "Party Entity" tab.

- If I click on the Overview link on the left, it'll say there are transformations to be applied.

- In the Oracle Forms as the Trading Community Manager I run the following concurrent programs:

- "DQM Staging Program" with the Staging Command as STAGE_ALL_DATA.
