ELS 7.2 or ELS 7.3 on z/OSV2R2?

Hi community,

we are installing a new z/OSV2R2 and I am wondering if there are benefits to install the ELS 7.2 again or to install directly ELS 7.3? I have to install an ELS, so why not 7.3?

I am running ELS 7.2 on z/OSV1R13 now, with a VSM5. I know ELS 7.3 does not have any new feature for VSM5, but why wouldn't I install ELS 7.3 instead of ELS 7.2?

Is the combination z/OSV2R2 with ELS 7.3 enough tested?
Is the combination z/OSV2R2 with ELS 7.2 enough tested?
