Unable to view the list of periods in Translate Balances in R12

Hi All,

Please help me is resolving the issue where we cannot see the list of Old periods after selecting the Translating Target currency (i.e Reporting currency ) in Transalation Balances screen for the new ledger.

I can only see the 3 periods i.e. 07-2015, 08-2015 and  09-2015, but the user wants to see the previous periods like 04-2015, 05-2015 and 06-2015.

And if we select other currency other than reporting currency it shows the list of all periods from  2014.

Where as for other  ledger ( which are older one)  we can see the list of periods.

Note : 1) We have started translation for the new ledger from period 08-2015 (which was done in September 2015).
