What method to use to combine results from each criteria into a single row for each account?

Can somebody check on the report and let me know for any other method?

I already tried pivot table and result columns formula, but I cant find a way to combine the Territory Name with the Account subject area.

Please see below image.

As you can see, I'm referring to Territory Name and Team Role. Both don't exist in one subject area (Accounts). That's why I have to use combined analysis. However by doing this, I have to add NULL column to each subject areas since they don't co-exist. And the result is a combined data with NULL value.
