WCC Usage | Reccomendations

Dear experts,


I would like to know your recommendation for WCC usage, we have two node wcc production system  configured for database storage(documents and metadata) . 


Q1. Can we use wcc as replacement of organization's shared drives where personal documents/junk documents are stored

Q2.what will be the performance impact if we use this system like public shared drives where all users has full access?

Q3. Do you comment migrating public shared drives to WCC? If we do what will be consequence?

Q4. Does Oracle recommend to use wcc to store  all temporary documents/public drive data
