Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Error while creating Web Service Reference

While creating Web Service Reference in Oracle Apex 5 and 4.2 the following error has occurred:

"ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-29024: Certificate validation failure" -- APEX 5

"ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1130 ORA-29024: Certificate validation failure" --APEX 4.2

WSDL Location: " http://bi-aufsn4x0cba.oracleoutsourcing.com/xmlpserver/services/v2/ReportService?wsdl "

Please let me know if any one of you face the similar issue or have any idea for the same.
