Does 'EBS FULL DOWNLOAD' update max sales date if it get executed ?

Hi Team,

I've updated max sales date manually and i'm able to see the max sales date in BM system parameters.

Question : Does EBS full download update the max sales if it get executed ?(i'm not sure about it) if so on what basis it get updated, is there any API called ?
