Tax Rate/Area is not populater from the blanket order (JDE 9.1)

Hi,

We are having an issue where when PO is created from the Blanket Order the tax rate/area is not populating from the blanket but picks it up from the Supplier. ESU JM16196 Bug 17889417 didn't fix it and Oracle recommends JM18606 Bug 19844427 both these ESUs are referring to PO to be created from requisitions. I have doubts that it will fix the problem for the PO created from the blanket. I am wondering if anyone had this problem and what ESUs actually fixed it.
