QP_PREQ_PUB.PRICE_REQUEST error

This is regarding API QP_PREQ_PUB.PRICE_REQUEST. Whenever I am Passing one qualifier Containg MODLIST, I am getting the Unit Price Correctly. However, as soon as I am adding Additional Qualifiers, I am getting error Pricing status code: IPL Pricing status text: Item  ID: 35 and uom EA not on pricelist
