Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Work With ESUs Screen not showing all updated enviroments

Hi All,

When I look in P96470 and search for an ESU that is installed in PD it only shows DV910 as the last updated environment.

What could cause this? Is there a step that we are doing when promoting that could be causing this?

How can we correct this to reflect that the object was updated in DV/PY/PD? OL table shows the object as properly updated.
