R12.2 performance issue

Hi ,

We have a upgraded TEST instance running on R12.2.4  .  we upgraded from 11i.    Users are complaining of random performance issue.   I found a note for R12 .

Configuring various JVM tuning parameters for Oracle E-Business suite 11i and R12 (Doc ID 567551.1)


Is there a similar note for R12.2.  Also any other inputs  would be helpful.
