Burden Transactions drilldown differences between 11i and R12

Hi,

Anybody here, can help with information regarding burden transactions drilldown differences in 11i and R12. We are upgraded from 11i to R12.2.3. In 11i i was unable to drilldown but in R12 i am able to drilldown. Can you please tell me what was changed?
