iStore on mobile devices.

Hi,

As oracle didn't release the mobile version of istore application, we are planning to convert istore UI pages, responsive to the device form factors using HTML5 and CSS3.

Did anyone have attempted this? 

Is it feasible to go with this option?

I am trying to find out, is there any web tool that can reduce our efforts to convert native iStore UI pages to HTML5/CSS3 responsive pages?

Can any one please suggest the  tool that  can reduce our efforts to convert native iStore UI pages to HTML5/CSS3 responsive pages?
