ORAchk on Windows 64-bit server

I am trying to install ORAchk on a Windows 64-bit server.

to do this I am following the instructions in: Document 1268927.1; essentially, this means that I need to install Cygwin (64-bit version).

I have done so and modified the Cygwin.bat to include the following line: set CYGWIN=binmode ntsec

When I run the file (as administrator) it opens a Dos-like dialog box with the flowing information:

murray@vkit-ora11g2k8

"murray" is the user name I have signed to the server as.

"vkit-Ora11g2k8" is the server name.

I run this command (to verify the installation) and get this output:

Howdy, Stranger!
