User preference Tab layout not save in IP2015

Hi Experts,

We are using IP2015, user want to define the tab layout as per their wish, so they are change the user preference Tab layout by Hide/Unhide Screen tab.

the changes made for tab layout is not saved and the user is getting the same when he re-login the application.

We are finding this behavior in both HI and OpenUI client.

can someone provide light on this...
