Siebel Diagnostic Assistant is designed by Oracle Support to proactively assist with diagnosing Installation issues and maintaining Siebel Application environments.


Siebel Diagnostic Assistant was developed with the following benefits:

  • Make problem diagnosis easier for customer through automated analysis
  • Multiple execution methods
    • Menu-driven command line interface
    • Web User Interface
  • Deployed via a single zip, available in Note 2054907.2: Siebel Diagnostic Assistant (SDA) for Installation
  • To perform analyses, requires only that logs are in one folder
  • Utility output provides direct links to documents that have details on solution
