Who receives service contract Activated email notification

Hi,

After activating the service contract ,only the sales person received the email notification 'Contract 133194 for BAYLOR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (6965505.00 USD) has been activated'

But the contract manager who is also entered in contract did not receive the email.

Does only sales persons receive the email notification when contract is activated.

Please advice me ASAP.
