Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Hello All

Would you care help me sorting out the following ADSL customer complaint:

UAC "A" is registered on my SBC
UAC "A" calls B Number (mobile or PSTN number)
the call goes fine
the B side hang up the call
UAC "A" didn't hang up the phone

Here at the fourth step the call should be released at both side. but this is not the case.

In fact when the B side tries again to call the UAC "A" it finds it as Busy.

Any clues?
