My FRA diskgroup dismount after mounting it

my dataguard database will not startup because my FRA disgroup keep getting dismounted after mounting it. i have tried using kfed to resolve the issue all to no avail.  below is the error in the alert log. please give any suggestion if you have ran through similar issues.

NOTE: a corrupted block from group FRA was dumped to /u01/oracle/base/diag/asm/+asm/+ASM1/trace/+ASM1_rbal_26262.trc
