Installing Oracle Application Testing Suite for Siebel testing

Hi,

We're trying to install OATS for Siebel and have been unable to make the localhost for oats run successfully. I have already tried a clean install with and without XE database but nothing worked.

Since we have a Siebel database, should we be creating an XE database or just point to the Oracle 11gR2 database we have running for our current Siebel environment?
