Question about Tablespace % Used when monitoring a RAC Database

Cloud Control 12.1.0.2

Oracle RAC Databases are 11.2.0.4 and 12.1.0.1 Standard Edition

When I focus on the RAC cluster database the only selections that are enabled under the Monitoring tab are "Metrics and Collection Settings" and "Metric Collection Errors".    The selection for "All Metrics" isn't enabled.  When I look at the Metric and Collection Settings I do see that the Tablespace % used metric is set.

When I focus on one of the RAC instances the 'All Metrics" option is available but the Tablespace % used metric isn't available.

I've created a test tablespace and filled it up 100% and I'm not getting any alerts or incidents so I'm questioning if tablespace monitoring is actually working.
