sales person name amendment

I have amended the sales person name (OM->Setup->Sales->Salespersons) but when I print the sales ordering form (OM->Orders, Returns->Sales Orders-> Query the order-> Actions -> Preview and Print) the old name appears instead of the amended sales person name. I have run concurrent request "Employee Update Program" in AP but the issue is not getting resolved. What can I do to get the correct name on the sales ordering document? Note this is an oracle standard document without any customization.
