use api to add sales person but not appear(ar)

1- i use api to add sales person to site.

2- i use hz_cust_account_site_v2pub.update_cust_site_use and the data updated successfully in table hz_cust_site_uses_all in column primary_salesrep_id.

3- but when enter to business purpose for site salesperson field is null although primary_salesrep_id is not null.
