OBIEE export functionality is not working when we are logging with FQDN in siebel IP2015

Hi Experts,

We are implementing SIebel IP 2015 environment.

We are having OBIEE integration with SIebel. We are calling through Symbolic URL.

If we use FQDN to login Siebel, We are not able to use export functionality in siebel.If we use ipaddress of the webserver, we will be able to use export functionality in OBIEE applets.

Do anyone face this issue.Kindly advice us to resolve the issue.
