Unable to enter daily rates in GL

Hi,

In GL, i cant able to enter the daily rates in "Daily Rates" form, the field is still inactive. Then i have to check enter by date range button to enter it.


But one person from GL team can enter the rates in "Daily Rates" itself. But i cant enter it using my account.

Is there any profile option to need to define in order to enable the form, please advise
