module, action in v$session are overwritten by forms 11g

All,

V$SESSION.MODULE, V$SESSION.ACTION are getting overwritten as of FORMS 11G. I found the below documentation related to this topic.

In 11G the MODULE column of V$SESSION is updated with the Forms module name.
