OTL Timecards not processed by PRC: Transaction Import

Hi, We have a weird issue. The OTL timecards for one operating unit are retrieved and processed by the PRC: Transaction Import, but the same doesn't work for other operating unit. The two operating units are alike. The timecards are in 'Approved' status. Any suggestions? The timecards have been entered using 'Self Service' responsibility with the required project/task/expentiture type. Thanks, Nitin
