Batch Ship Confirm to split lines

Hi ,

One of our clients are using 3pl to despatch goods to customers and then they the shipped information is sent to JDE 9.1. Sometimes there may be short picks and they needed the unshipped lines in JDE where the order is originally raised to be backordered. We are receiving the information into F47131 and F47132. Can someone throw some idea on how can we achieve a custom UBE to confirm the shipped quantity and split line and move the unshipped quantity to backorder / how to fix R4700/R42500 to do the same
