How can we customize the width of the columns in the applet for Siebel OUI?

Hi,

we are currently working on Siebel 8.1.1.14.5. I tried to use the html width property of the list column to increase the width of the columns of a list applet but the changes are not being reflected in OpenUI for most of the values eg. when i set width as 300 no changes in width is seen whereas if i change it to 340 it changes. When i try for any other value between 300-340 no change in width is seen whereas it is working fine for HI.

I had raised a discussion fot this issue and got following reply:

This is expected behavior for OpenUI. By default, the field width has been defined in standard OpenUI js files and cannot be altered.
