How to get response on JP010000 getAddressBook for <entityTypeCode>?

I am currently trying to use the JP010000 getAddressBook method (JP0100002) for an integration and the ideal request that will be sent will be based on search type.  I am assuming that <typ:entityTypeCode> is the proper element in the request.  I keep getting Error timeout exception with the response being completely blank, no return elements at all in this case.

I'm also supplying only this element with a valid code, simply not getting any response.  If I run the same business service but with EntityID there is no problem with getting a response.
