  We are pleased to announce the availability of the fourth consolidated patch collection for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3.  This patchset combines important patches for Release 12.1.3 into a single integrated and regression-tested patchset:

• Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3+ Recommended Patch Collection 4 (RPC4) (Note 2053709.1)

Reasons to Apply RPC4

Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 has been available for a while, and over its lifetime has been significantly enhanced in numerous ways. These enhancements and fixes are provided as individual patches, product family Release Update Packs (RUP), and product-specific Recommended Patch Collections (RPC).
