Hello Al,

i was faced with an issue when execution a pl-sql package in 11g/12c database, but no issue in 10g (10.2.0.3) : for all the DB : NLS_CHARACTERSET =AL32UTF8 and NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET =UTF8.

The Oracle support suggested to me to apply some patchs : to fix the BUG 13263339, also patch 16882070 ...

Unfortunately, the same problem occurs again.

Doing some tests on a 12c database but with NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET= AL16UTF16 and NLS_CHARACTERSET= WE8ISO8859P15 ::: ORA-07445 No issue !!
