Oracle database assistant configuration failed

Need quick help on this please....

this issue faced while installing ...

This is Database 11g r2

OS: Windows 2008 x64bit

Cause - The plug-in failed in its perform method

Action - Refer to the logs or contact Oracle Support Services.

Log File Location  

C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs\installActions2015-10-22_06-20-50PM.log
