Work Requests are getting stuck when sent back for additional information

Work Request is created

Maintenance reviews and sends back to the requestor by selecting “Additional Information”

The requestor can see the Work Request in his “My Work Request” list but cannot add the information

Maintenance cannot see the Work Request in the Notifications list so they cannot edit the status

Now the Work Request is stuck

Any suggestions or ideas?
