What are the best practices to perform GTM screening of ad-hoc addresses without creating parties in

We are implementing Oracle GTM and during our implementation we need some expertise from some existing GTM customers or Oracle.  Could you please let me know how do you handle the ad-hoc addresses like Freight forwarder or one-time addresses etc. It does not make sense for us to create these ad-hoc addresses as party in Oracle and thus it does not go to GTM as party. But for restricted party screening to happen, GTM requires addresses to be as parties. We are thinking to have these ad-hoc addresses dynamically created as parties in GTM.
