New install of Oracle EBS 12.2.4 Item DFF Oracle reserved attributes?

We just built a new Oracle instance 12.2.4 and there are 4 seeded Item DFF attributes included as part of the build. Attributes that are in question are attribute 10 and attribute 15 that Oracle reserved for Drop Shipment and Invoice UOM and attribute1 Late Demands Penalty  and attribute2 Material Over-Capacity which are reserved for ASCP?

Are these just something we can delete or are they really needed.?We will be using ASCP and Drop Shipment funcationality.
