Actuals sent from EBS to OTM

Hello,

I wanted to know if an order release that has a related shipment is supposed to be able to receive and process actuals. For example, we have a delivery order that is entered in EBS for 100 pieces of an item. The order gets sent over to OTM and an order release is created and order movements are created based off of the order release. Then a user Bulk Plans the release/movement and a Shipment is assigned to the release/movement. Then a user in EBS pick confirms the item down from 100 pieces to 50 pieces.
