missing ccr in grid home in windows 2008 after deinstallation and re-installation

i have a problem with ccr folder in grid home after re-installing the grid infrastructure. the deinstallation went successful and deleted related oracle files. But after re-installation, the file is missing from the Grid home.

any advise on what have happened and how fix this issue.

the oracle version is 11204.
