Interface table clearing strategy for 11i to R12 upgrade

Hi All

We are upgrading instance from 11i to R12.2.4. We are working on interface table clearing strategy.

I would like to know answer for below

1. What are critical table across OM, PO and MFG(WIP, BOM, FLM)

2. What data should be cleared from interface tables (processed, error, unprocessed)

3. Does data volume in interface affect total time of upgrade

If anyone has worked on similar requirement, please share valuable information. I had raised SR, but couldn't get information requested.
