JAS Error in Production

Hello Team,

I have some issues in the production jas log and try to find out permanent solution for the same.

Note : On sunday in the early morning i have restarted the all jas server such as DV, PY, and PD. The thing was not happened in the log before sunday.

Server details...

JD Edwards E1 9.1 UM2 with TR 9.1.3.0

Enterprise Server, Database server, WLS on Sun Solaris 

1. Exception occurred when fetching recent report records from F986110 java.lang.NullPointerException

2. 25 Oct 2015 06:02:54,682 [SEVERE]  - [RUNTIME]         Failed to get report version description from F983051 -com.jdedwards.jas.net.TransactionResponse cannot be cast to com.jdedwards.jas.net.DBResponse java.lang.ClassCastException: com.jdedwards.jas.net.TransactionResponse cannot be cast to com.jdedwards.jas.net.DBResponse
