Error on clicking on datepicker in Siebel 8.1.1.14.5 OUI

Hi,

I am Currently working on siebel 8.1.1.14.5 OpenUI. I am Seeing an error in console whenever i click on the date picker, this is also replicable in vanilla.

Can you please tell the reason for such error.

Also there is no field for timezone selection, can you please tell how can we select timezone while selecting time and date from the date picker.
