Cumulative Trail Balance and Financial Statements

We are using JD Edwards E1 - 9.1. Using JDE Financials can we get an cumulative trail balance and financial statements as required in below two requirements.

1. How to get Trial balance and financial statements report cumulative for more than one fiscal year (like trial balance showing inception to date figures or for particular period like from 1/1/2014 to 31/12/2017

2. Can we also have difference ledger comparison reports cumulative for multiple years as above. (Like comparison of actual figures with budget figures from 1/1/2013 to 31/12/2015 at trial balance level and at financial statements level)
