HCM: How to test Upgrade from RUP3 to RUP7,

Hi everyone,

We are doing an upgrade from RUP3 to RUP7 for HRMS. What are the testing steps/checklists that should be followed to make sure that upgrade is safe enough to move to production environment. Your experience/help is highly appreciated.
