sourcing RFQ created from PR still same PR is available for Processing RFQ

Hi All

Normally the business cycle we have is

PR is creeated  > PR is approved > Sourcing RFQ is created a >  RFQ is Published > Surrogate Quotes from supplier. > Quote is is awarded and approved > PO is created

Here we have 1 to 1 relation of PR and RF Q

Once RFQ is processed the Corresponding PR is again is not again available for Processing to Sourcing.

But we have some PRs (eg 94) which where processed to RFQ , award was rejected once and again RFQ(5465) was award was initiated.

The RFQ are in Award approval in process stage.

But i still see the PR 94 available to buyer for processing to RFQ.
