Ebusiness Comiplation Error

Followed the "upgrading JRE Plugin with Oracle Applications R12 (Doc: 393931.1)" , when applying the 19568561, we got the following errors. Please advise.

[applprod@igtaplpb1 19568561]$ opatch apply
