Why would a requisition be unavailable for edit?
We are trying to do a change request on a requisition and when you go into the requisition it has the locked icon "unavailable for edit". The requisition shows the increased amount. The Buyer approved the change request and ran the Change Purchase Order batch process and it states that it is in process. However when you go and look at the Approve Change Requests screen for this requisition on the detail entry screen it has Error but no messages. The purchase order was not updated either. I am unable to duplicate.
