"Someone is working on this object" issue while trying to add/remove approvers or approve/reject cha

We are using Agile 9.2.2.4 and recently we are getting the error message "Someone is working on this object" error message while trying to add/remove approvers or approve/reject change on ECOs/ECRs.

Is there any workaround to this issue?
