Second Login when accessing report in report repository

We have an issue where some users click on a report link for a report in the report repository and get a  logon page instead of the report opening up.  It doesn't happen for all users and doesn't happen all the time. We use IE 10 for PeopleSoft Access. We asked the users that encountered the issue to try Firefox, and it doesn't appear to happen with that browser, only IE 10. We are currently on PT 8.53.14. Users log in using Single Sign on. We have 3 load balanced web servers and a single report server. If anyone has
