How to enable e-Signature for Procurement contracts approvers used by Legal and other teams within t

We have a business requirement where we want to enable e-Signature  for repository procurement contracts approvals by internal users like Legal / User department teams etc.

Does R12.1.3 version supports e-Signature approvals along with AME for procurement contracts approvals?
